As a GRC Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of contractor personnel and Task Order performance including technical delivery and P&L. You will be responsible for the hands-on technical management of Valiant Cybersecurity and other Information Technology Federal engagements, supporting the evolution of the Government customer's IT posture. You will take an active role in Valiant’s Knowledge Centers and grow professional expertise in emerging Cybersecurity tools and techniques. You will lead your team to ensure the accomplishments of the program are documented and known for more broad company efforts through white-papers, briefing materials, and proposals. As Program Manager, you should be able to execute with limited direction, anticipate customer needs and pro-actively supports those needs, and be responsible for all project deliverables. The candidate will have had prior experience working with a wide variety of technologies, be well versed in the current state of Information Security, and be able to interpret the requirements of relevant governing bodies (NIST, OMB, GAO, etc). The candidate will be required to interface with federal employees and contractors to perform the required activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience performing similar work for a federal client, including strategic planning, solution development, and FISMA assessments.
This position is based in the Washington DC Metro Area and allows for primarily remote work with some onsite requirements. Remote work necessitates a high-level trust in our employees.
