Position Description

Valiant Solutions is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our rapidly growing and innovative cybersecurity team!

 

Are you an ICAM Analyst with either Sailpoint or CyberArk experience?  Want to help manage and support a growing identity and access management toolset for our large government customer? This is an exciting opportunity for you to help maintain and improve an IAM program that spans a modern cloud environment. The successful candidate will have experience supporting and administering IAM workflow, authentication, and privilege management solutions. The successful candidate will have experience supporting day-to-day tooling operations and configuration changes, along with working with the implementation team to update documentation. The successful candidate will also be familiar with common ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Any additional or minor development skills are welcome as well.

Required Experience

  • At least one (1) year of configuration management experience with CyberArk or Sailpoint (IdentityNOW or IdentityIQ).
  • At least five (5) years of IT experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical field, or at least eight (8) years of IT experience and no degree requirement 
  • Experience engineering solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments
  • Ability to support the creation and maintenance of standard procedure documentation.
  • Familiar with applications for access requests and provisioning and related configurations
  • Basic Linux Systems Administration Experience
  • Knowledgeable of security and systems standards for Access Management
  • Experience troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs on Unix and Windows servers.
  • Remediate failures of password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, scheduling, etc.
  • Experienced in working in IT Operations support team in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.

 

One of the following certifications and/or training are preferred.

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
  • Completed IdentityNow Essentials Training

 

Responsibilities

  • Support updates to IdentityNow operational artifacts such as governance groups, roles, and access profile configurations.
  • Provide end-user support by resolving tickets for issues and bugs that need to be resolved through the use of ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic scripts or code configuration for issues to pass on to an implementation team.
  • Privileged Access Management Experience with CyberArk, including working with components such as Enterprise HA Vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, and providers.
  • Provide reports and metrics on tickets that were resolved periodically.
  • Provide support for application certification campaigns that occur throughout the year using IdentityNow.
  • Ability to write search queries in IdentityNow and support end users for reports.
  • Ability to document changes, process documentation for end users, and coordinate with an implementation team.
  • Interfaces with the design and implementation engineers and architects so that any problems arising during a support or bug can be resolved in accordance with the fundamental design concepts and user needs and constraints.
  • Creates detailed design documentation and supports the development of compliance documentation.
  • Participate in technical meetings with customers’ technical specialists.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents relating to security tools/solutions.
  • Provision/ De Provision User Access Across Multiple Platforms.
  • Management of CyberArk Suite, including but not limited to provisioning for Enterprise Password Vault. Account Rotation, Onboarding, and General Diagnostics.
  • Coordinate system and application configuration and management tasks.
  • Coordinate integration services, product updates, and change requests.
  • Respond promptly to server and client-server application performance and/or availability issues.

The salary range for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. It has been benchmarked in relation to the scope of the role, market rate, and internal equity. The salary for this role is expected to be in the $84,900 - $125,500 range. Where a candidate falls within the band can be determined based on one or more of the following: skillset, experience level, achievements, education, geographic location, security clearance, involvement in corporate tasks, and other non-discriminatory factors. In addition to the base salary, this role will include benefits as described above.  Valiant reserves the right to adjust the salary range, experience requirements, and position responsibilities at any time without prior notice. 

 

Remote Work Policy
